- This is not security. We are not guards and we are not on the land between visits. We cannot stop somebody entering it.
- We cannot prevent encroachment. We can tell you it happened, with a dated photograph — which is often what decides the matter later.
- We do not hold your papers or your keys, and we take no power of attorney.
- We are not a law firm. If you need an advocate we help you find one and take no share of any fee.
- We do not work outside the belt yet. If your land is elsewhere, say so — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach it.

We will call, ask what you want covered and how often, and quote. Nothing is charged before you have seen the price in writing.
AgriZameen is an independent platform and not a government body. We are not a security service, not a custodian of your land, and not a law firm. A visit report records what was visible on the day it was taken; it is not a survey and it is not a legal document. Prices are quoted in writing after a site visit — there is no rate on this page.
