Version 3.0 · Effective 25 July 2026. One comprehensive policy for the AgriZameen website (agrizameen.com and its pages/tools) and every AgriZameen Android app published on Google Play under the developer account Adhyaay Global. Operated by AgriZameen, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This version replaces all earlier privacy notices.

1. Summary — the short version

• The apps and tools need no account. The GPS app, Land Converter, Land Toolkit, AgriBigha and Land Records Hub require no registration, and nothing you do in them is uploaded to us.
• Your land data stays on your device. In those apps and tools, plots, GPS boundaries, photos, measurements, calculations and documents are stored locally (or held only in memory for the session) — they are not uploaded to AgriZameen.
• The seller marketplace is the one exception. If you choose to list land with us at agrizameen.com/account/, you create an account and we do store what you submit on our server — because a listing cannot be checked or published otherwise. What we store, for how long, and how to have it erased is set out in Section 4b and Section 16. Nobody has to create an account to browse land, use the tools, or contact us.
• We do not sell data and we do not show ads. No advertising SDKs, no third-party tracking SDKs, no data brokers.
• Some features call external services (map tiles, place lookup, soil and elevation data, fonts, optional AI document analysis). Those requests necessarily carry your IP address and the specific query (e.g., map coordinates). The full list is in Section 10.
• Independent platform. AgriZameen is a private company product and is not affiliated with any government department. Government portal links open official websites governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Who we are & what this policy covers

This single policy covers:

Our land apps are packaged as Trusted Web Activities (TWA) — the app you install displays our secure web application. The same data practices therefore apply to the app and its web version.

3. Our data principles

• Local-first: features run on your device wherever technically possible (area maths, OCR, PDF generation, boundary drawing).
• Data minimisation: external requests carry only what the feature needs (e.g., coordinates for a soil lookup) — never your name, contacts or identifiers, which we don't collect in the first place.
• No profiling: we do not build profiles, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not use advertising identifiers.
• Consent-based processing: device permissions (location, camera, photos) are requested only when you use the feature that needs them, and each can be declined or revoked in your device settings — the rest of the app keeps working.

4. Website — agrizameen.com Website

• No account, no forms that store data on our servers. Contact happens through WhatsApp, phone or email links that open your own apps.
• Language preference: your chosen language is saved in your browser's localStorage (key azLang). Choosing a non-English/Hindi language sets a googtrans cookie so Google Translate can render the page in that language (see Section 10).
• Zone Map: the interactive map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap; tile requests include your IP address and the map area viewed.
• Hosting: the site is served by Hostinger, whose infrastructure processes standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) for delivery and security. Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 on this website to count page views and basic interactions — for example taps on the WhatsApp and call buttons — so we can see which guides people find useful. It sets the cookies listed in Section 11. We do not use advertising networks, social-media pixels or cross-app tracking.
• Government links (Records Guide): links marked as government portals open official .gov.in / .nic.in websites. Anything you enter there is governed by that portal's policy, not ours. AgriZameen never sees, stores or proxies your land-record searches.

Permissions & why

Data handling

• All plots, GPS points, photos, notes, activity logs, scores and backups are stored only on your device (browser/app storage). AgriZameen has no copy and cannot see them.
• When you use geo-features, the app queries: OpenStreetMap tiles & Overpass (nearby development from public map data), Nominatim/Photon (village/tehsil/district names for a coordinate), ISRIC SoilGrids (soil properties) and Open-Elevation (elevation). Each request contains the coordinates being looked up and your IP address — nothing else.
• "Share a plot" creates an image/PDF on your device that you choose to send via your own apps (e.g., WhatsApp). We never receive it.
• Backup/restore produces a local file you control. Deleting the app (or clearing its storage) permanently deletes all plot data — see Section 13.

6. Land Area Converter com.agrizameen.landconverter

• Works fully offline after first load. No permissions requested. No location, camera or contacts access.
• All conversions, price/EMI/split calculations run on your device. Your preferences (language, last-used units) live in on-device storage only.
• PDF export is generated locally; WhatsApp sharing simply opens WhatsApp with text you can review before sending.
• Unit values (Bigha/Biswa variants, etc.) are general reference values — verify with official revenue records for any transaction.

7. Land Toolkit com.agrizameen.mapsize

• Camera is used only when you scan a document or measure a plot image; captures stay in memory for your session unless you export them yourself.
• Document decoding (OCR) runs on your device using Tesseract.js/pdf.js — scanned pages are not uploaded for OCR.
• Optional AI analysis: if you tap the AI-analysis action, the content of that document is transmitted to the AI analysis service to generate the result shown to you, then the result returns to your screen. We do not store the document or the result on any AgriZameen server. Land papers contain personal data (names, Aadhaar numbers, addresses) — use this feature, and share any exports, thoughtfully.
• Deed generator & plot scaler run entirely on-device. Nothing is stored after you close the app — no account, no server database, no persistent browser storage of your documents.

8. AgriBigha com.agrizameen.agribigha

AgriBigha shares the Land Toolkit's engine and rules: on-device scanning, local OCR, optional AI analysis as described in Section 7, no accounts, no server storage, no ads or tracking SDKs.

9. Land Records com.agrizameen.landrecords

• An educational directory and guide for understanding Indian land records. No permissions beyond Internet.
• The app itself does not collect, store or transmit your personal data. Where the app links out to official portals, those websites' own privacy policies apply.
• AgriZameen is an independent platform — not a government app and not affiliated with any land-records department.

4a. Enquiry forms on this website

Several pages on this website carry an enquiry form — including Find Land, List Your Land, and the Land Services pages (Land Sharing, Service Providers, Legal Help, Soil Testing, Trees & Nurseries, Rural Work, NRI Corner and Plantation/CSR). This section explains exactly what happens to what you type into them.

What we collect

• Only what you enter. Typically your name, WhatsApp number, village or tehsil, and a description of your requirement. Some forms ask optional questions such as khasra number, area, planned crop, or country of residence. Nothing is pre-filled and nothing is taken from your device.
• A hidden "source" field recording which page the form was sent from, so we can answer in context.
• A spam-trap field that is hidden from you and left blank by real visitors.

Purpose and legal basis

We process these details for one purpose: to respond to the enquiry you sent us, and to follow up on that enquiry. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we rely on the consent you give by ticking the consent box before submitting. That tick is recorded with your submission. You are not required to use a form — you can contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email instead.

Who processes and stores it

• Hostinger — our website host. Form submissions are written to a private log directory on our own hosting account, which is not reachable over the web, and we read them there. Hostinger operates data centres in several countries; ask us at support@agrizameen.com if you need to know the region your submission is stored in.
• Email notification — a copy of each submission may be emailed to our own AgriZameen address.
• Google Sheets / Google Workspace — where we have enabled it, submissions are copied automatically into a private Google spreadsheet that only AgriZameen can open, so we can track and answer enquiries. Google operates infrastructure outside India.
• WhatsApp — we reply to you on WhatsApp using the number you gave us. Where we have enabled automated internal alerts, a notification containing your enquiry may be delivered to an AgriZameen WhatsApp number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you separately. We share details with a third party — for example an advocate, a nursery or a service provider — only where you have asked us to make that introduction.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry submissions for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and normally no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Where a shorter period is obvious — for example a one-off question we have answered — we delete sooner.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold from your enquiry, correct it, or delete it, and to withdraw the consent you gave. Withdrawing consent does not require a reason and costs nothing; it simply means we stop processing that enquiry. 9b. AgriZameen app com.agrizameen.marketplace

The AgriZameen app on Google Play is this website in an app wrapper (a Trusted Web Activity). It is not a separate product with its own copy of your data: it opens agrizameen.com inside the app, and its scope is the whole site — buying, selling, your listings and the papers checker. Everything in Section 4 (website), Section 4a (enquiry forms) and Section 4b (seller accounts & land listings) applies to this app exactly as it applies to the website.

Two consequences worth stating plainly, because they differ from our five other apps:

• Analytics runs here and in the five land apps. Because this app is the website, the Google Analytics 4 measurement described in Section 4 runs inside it. The same measurement was added to the GPS Land App, Land Area Converter, Land Toolkit, AgriBigha and Land Records on 29 August 2026 — see Section 9d for exactly what it records there. We do not run analytics on the account or admin screens in any product.
• This app can hold an account; the other five cannot. The GPS app, Converter, Toolkit, AgriBigha and Land Records need no registration and upload nothing. If you sign in as a seller in the AgriZameen app, the account, listing, KYC and photograph handling in Section 4b applies.

Permissions & why

You can withdraw any of these in your device’s app settings at any time; the rest of the app keeps working. Uninstalling the app does not delete a seller account you created — use Section 13 for that.

9d. Analytics in the five land apps added 29 August 2026

Until 29 August 2026 this policy said the GPS Land App, Land Area Converter, Land Toolkit, AgriBigha and Land Records contained no analytics. That is no longer true, so the sentence has gone rather than being left to age. This section says what replaced it.

What is measured. Google Analytics 4, the same property as the website, counting the screens you open and four interactions: the language you choose, whether you open the instructions, whether you tap the WhatsApp channel, and whether you tap a WhatsApp link. Each app reports under its own name, so we can tell Converter use from Toolkit use.

What is not. Nothing you type, measure, photograph or generate is sent to us. Plot boundaries, coordinates, uploaded documents, OCR results and generated PDFs stay on your device — the apps have no server to send them to. There is no account in any of these five apps, so nothing is tied to a person. We do not use advertising networks, social-media pixels or cross-app tracking, and analytics never runs on account or admin screens.

What Google receives. The cookies in Section 11, your IP address truncated by Google before storage, the screen address, and basic device information such as type and screen size. Google’s own privacy terms apply to what it does with that.

Turning it off. Clear the app’s storage from your device settings, or use your browser or device setting to block analytics cookies. The apps keep working with it blocked — none of their tools depend on it.

9c. PDF WorkBench, Lens, FSSAI Label Generator and QR Studio com.agrizameen.pdfworkbench · .lens · .fssailabel · .qrstudio

Four utility apps are published under the same Adhyaay Global developer account and use this policy as their privacy policy. They are tools, not part of the land marketplace, and they are described here because a policy that says All Apps has to mean it.

They collect nothing. No account, no sign-in, no registration. They do not ask for your name, phone number, email or location. Nothing you open or create in them is sent to us, and we receive no record that you used them. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing for us to share, sell or hand to anyone, and nothing for us to delete on request — a deletion request for these apps has no data to act on.

Whatever you work on stays on your device. Files you open, generate or scan are handled on the phone itself. If an app needs access to your storage, camera or photos to do its job, that access is used for that action only, and Android asks you first — you can withdraw it in your device settings at any time and the rest of the app keeps working.

No analytics and no advertising. These four contain no measurement of any kind and no ad networks. Unlike the AgriZameen app described in Section 9b, they do not open agrizameen.com, so nothing on this website — including the analytics described in Section 4 — runs inside them.

Play Store listings, and the app's own screens, are the place to look for what each tool does. If any of this changes — if one of them ever gains an account, a sync or a network feature — this section changes with it before the release ships.

4b. Seller accounts & land listings

This section covers agrizameen.com/account/ — the only part of AgriZameen that asks you to register and the only part where we hold your data on a server. You never need an account to browse land, use any of the apps, or contact us.

What we store when you open a seller account

• Name, email address and mobile number — so we can verify you are a real person and reach you about your land.
• Your password, hashed. We never store the password itself and cannot read it. If you forget it, we can only reset it, never tell you what it was.
• Village, tehsil and district, if you give them.
• The date you accepted this policy, and which version — this is the consent record the DPDP Act requires us to keep.

Identity documents (KYC)

Before land can be listed we ask for one photo ID. We accept PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, or a masked Aadhaar showing only the last four digits. Please do not send a full Aadhaar — the upload screen says so, and we do not want it.

The file is deleted the moment a team member verifies it. Not archived, not backed up separately — removed from the server. What survives is a record that says the check was done, on what date, by whom, and the last four characters of the document number. That is the whole point: a document we no longer hold cannot leak. Until it is reviewed, the file sits outside the public web folder and can only be opened by a signed-in team member.

Land details you submit

• Published on the listing page: village, tehsil, district, area, land classification, and whichever further fields our team switches on after checking them. Every listing is labelled seller-declared · not verified by AgriZameen.
• Never published: khasra number, khata number, the owner name as printed on the record, your name, your mobile number, your price floor, and the exact GPS point. These are held separately from the listing itself so that no public page can reach them by accident. Where a map is shown at all, the coordinate is rounded to roughly a one-kilometre cell.
• Jamabandi and bhunaksha copies you upload stay private. If a redacted extract is ever published, our team produces it by hand and blurs everything except area and classification.

If you enquire about a listing as a buyer

We store your name, mobile number, budget range, purpose and timeline, plus anything you type in the message box. This goes to the AgriZameen team only — we never pass your details to the seller, and we never give you the seller's details. Both sides talk to us. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to block automated spam; it cannot be turned back into your IP.

Records we keep of our own actions

Every approval, rejection and publication is logged with the staff member's identity and the time. Sign-in attempts are recorded briefly to stop password guessing. These logs exist so that a dispute about what we published, and when, can be settled from evidence rather than memory.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with data brokers, advertisers or lead-generation services.
• We do not use your listing photographs or documents for anything except your listing.
• We do not run advertising or third-party tracking SDKs on the account pages.

10. Third-party services we call

Enquiry forms (website only). When you submit the "List Your Land", "Find Land" or legal enquiry forms on agrizameen.com, the details you enter (name, phone, and the land or requirement information you choose to give) are written to a private log on our own server and emailed to the AgriZameen team, solely to verify, list or match land. The server is provided by Hostinger, our hosting provider. We do not sell this data. Ask us to delete it anytime at support@agrizameen.com.

These services receive requests directly from your device when you use the relevant feature. Each request inherently includes your IP address and the queried data (e.g., coordinates, map area, or the document you chose to analyse). We choose privacy-respecting, largely open-data providers:

We do not use advertising networks, social-media pixels or cross-app tracking in any product. Google Analytics 4 is used on the website and in six apps: AgriZameen, the GPS Land App, Land Area Converter, Land Toolkit, AgriBigha and Land Records. It counts screens opened and a few interactions — which language you pick, whether you open the instructions, whether you tap through to WhatsApp. It is never run on account or admin screens.

12. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the DPDP Rules, 2025), you have the right to: access a summary of personal data processed; correction and erasure; grievance redressal; and to nominate a person to exercise your rights. Because our architecture keeps your data on your own device, most rights are exercised instantly by you — and for anything else, our Grievance Officer (Section 17) will assist. You may withdraw any consent (e.g., a device permission) at any time via your device settings; features needing that permission will simply stop, with no other penalty. If unsatisfied with our redressal, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Act.

13. Data deletion

Because we hold no server-side account or database, deletion is in your hands and takes effect immediately:

• GPS Land App: delete individual plots inside the app (Plot → Delete), or remove everything via Android Settings → Apps → AgriZameen → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. This permanently erases all plots, photos and logs.
• Land Area Converter: Settings → Apps → Land Area Converter → Clear data, or uninstall.
• Land Toolkit / AgriBigha: nothing persists after you close the app; closing it clears the session. Uninstalling removes the offline cache.
• Website: clear this site's cookies & site data in your browser (removes azLang and googtrans).
• Anything else / assistance: email info@agrizameen.com with subject "Data Deletion Request". We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete any deletion within our control without undue delay (and in all cases within 30 days), including asking you to confirm on-device deletion steps. If you contacted us by email/WhatsApp, we will delete that correspondence on request.

Deleting a seller account

Write to info@agrizameen.com or WhatsApp +91 92502 13833 from your registered number and ask us to erase your account. We action it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Erasure removes your name, mobile number, village details and any owner name held against your land, deletes any identity document still on file, and withdraws your listings from the site. Two things survive, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you later: a record of any sale that actually completed, because tax and commission obligations attach to it, and the staff action log — with your personal details stripped out of both.

14. Children

Our products are general-audience utilities intended for adults dealing with land. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process children's personal data. Land transactions require adults; if you believe a child has shared personal data with us (e.g., by email), contact the Grievance Officer and we will delete it.

15. Security

All AgriZameen sites and apps are served exclusively over HTTPS. We follow a local-first design precisely because the safest personal data is data that never leaves your device. For the limited external calls listed above, we send the minimum necessary. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a personal-data breach within our control, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board as required by the DPDP Act.

16. Retention

For the apps and on-device tools, nothing is held on our servers, so there is nothing to time out — your data lives on your device until you delete it. Email and WhatsApp correspondence is kept only as long as needed to help you, and for any legal or accounting obligation, then deleted.

For seller accounts and listings, we hold data for these periods:

These are maximum periods, not targets. When you ask us to erase your account we do it inside 30 days — see Section 13. Where a record must survive erasure because a transaction actually completed, we keep the transaction record and strip your personal details from it.

18. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when practices or laws change, revising the version number and effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here and, where feasible, announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
