This term is used in the following Academy lessons. The lesson gives it context that a definition on its own cannot.
AgriZameen is an independent private platform. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any land-records department. · AgriZameen एक स्वतंत्र निजी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है — किसी सरकारी विभाग से संबद्ध नहीं।
Verify on official portals only. Records, rates, rules and forms must be checked on gov.in / nic.in portals — Apna Khata, e-Panjiyan and the Board of Revenue site — and at your local Tehsil or Patwari office before any transaction.
This is education, not advice. Nothing in this course is legal, tax, or investment advice. Consult a licensed advocate and a financial advisor before you buy, sell, lease or convert land.
No income is promised. Earnings in land work depend on your market, capital, effort, licensing and luck. This course teaches how the business operates — it does not guarantee any commission, profit, return or job outcome. Past appreciation near infrastructure corridors is a historic observation, not a forecast.
Rules change. Rates, sections and procedures described here are current as at the verification date below and are Rajasthan-first; other states differ, and local practice varies district to district. Re-check before acting.
